Nebula Drones
Hosted CI runners · GitHub Actions + GitLab CI
Nebula Drones runs your existing GitHub Actions and GitLab CI jobs on isolated, per-job sandboxes. Every job ends with cryptographic proof that its sandbox was destroyed.
2,000 free build minutes every month at launch · no credit card
Link GitHub or GitLab with a token. Your workflows and pipelines stay exactly as they are - Nebula Drones is the runner, not another CI syntax.
Every job executes in its own throwaway sandbox on the Nebula Drones fleet - dedicated servers inside the EU. One job, one container, provisioned for the job and destroyed after it.
Each job carries a tamper-evident audit chain head, recomputable by anyone from the job id alone - including the proof that its sandbox was destroyed.
Every runner, sandbox and audit anchor lives on European infrastructure - not a US cloud. Your source, secrets and artifacts stay under EU jurisdiction, start to finish.
Every runner and sandbox is provisioned on dedicated servers inside the EU - no US hyperscaler, no cross-border compute.
EU-owned and operated, outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act - no third-country transfers to sign off.
Source, secrets, logs and build artifacts stay under EU jurisdiction - and every teardown is provable.
Everyone isolates. Nobody else anchors the runner lifecycle itself.

Prices are the arm64 lane - our fleet runs on Ampere silicon, so jobs are arm64 and this compares like-for-like (competitors bill USD; several price ARM below their x64 rate). Corporate structure & prices retrieved 2026-07-09. GitHub/GitLab offer artifact provenance (Sigstore / SLSA) - provenance for what you built, not an anchored trail of where and how it ran. Blacksmith, WarpBuild, Namespace & Ubicloud run EU regions or EU infrastructure but are US-incorporated (YC / US-VC); Actuated is UK-owned and runs on hardware you supply; RunsOn is EU-owned yet self-hosts on AWS - all stay reachable under the US CLOUD Act (or, for Actuated, UK jurisdiction). Only Nebula Drones is EU-owned and on EU infrastructure end-to-end.
Pay for the minutes you build. Reserve extra runners when you need more parallel lanes. A runner is an 8 vCPU / 16 GB host - every job gets its own 2 vCPU / 4 GB sandbox. Prices are net, plus applicable VAT.
